What’s the best exercise to get rid of moobs ?

I haven’t really done anything about them for the past few years because I’m 6′ 3" and they don’t look like moobs they look more like pecs, but recently they’ve come out more and it’s so annoying. What should I do to get rid of em??

I assume you are talking about man boobs? Assuming it’s just fat and not actual breast tissue (called gynecomastia, and can be due to hormonal imbalance so yuo’d have to see a doctor), the only thing you can do it to decrease your total bodyfat through diet and exercise. Spot training (for example, trying to build up the pectoral muscles underneath) will have no effect on the overlying fat, unless yo u also lose total body fat.

    You can’t really exercise specifically to lose fat in your chest, but what you can do is exercise and diet in general, and watch your overall weight go down, along with the moobs. Besides that, push ups and chest presses.

    reducing body fat,,,reducing body fat,,, reducing body fat… ohh,, sorry i thought if i typed it a few more times it might work off a little… i want to see my 6pk… i’m in the same boat you are… no matter how you exercise ya gotta get that body fat as close to ZERO as f’n possible… arrgh…

    Beers and sugary drinks are often the cause for moobs.

    But the hormonal side, needs a doctor to check for it.
