What excersises can I do to make my moobs go away?

Hi, I’m a little above average weight, but not by much – I have a small belly but my moobs are out of control… are there any excersises or something I can do to get rid of them? Other than having little tits I’m happy with my body. Help!

lmfao! having a lil hah oke but seriously yeah im above average to dude and its oke just like doing situps can help trust me mines starting to go away and im pretty sure yours can too! do like maybe uhh 30 situps a day along with some pushups maybe like 30 of those aswell heh it works for me

    You can’t spot exercise, exercising one part of the body will not decrease fat in that one area. You have to lose weight all over. To do this you need to exercise and eat well balanced meals. The fastest form of exercise to lose fat tissue is cardio.

    Weight lifting will also help burn some fat, but mostly will only build muscle under the fat. So focus on cardio for weight loss.

    In all, Run and eat right to lose the fat.

    you just have to diet & exercise. period.

    and remember that those two things go hand in hand. you can’t starve yourself and be lazy and you cant exercise and eat like crap.

    Doesn’t matter what exercise you do, as long as you do it consistently and with enough effort to burn more calories than you take in. Spot reductions, aka moobs, thighs, gut don’t work. The only other thing that might help is to lift weights so that your moobs are sitting on a backdrop of muscle, but I don’t know if you want to go through all that just making what you’ve got less noticeable. Better to eat a healthy diet, get plenty (15-20 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week to start) of aerobic exercise (walking, stair climbing, bicycle riding, rock climbing, swimming, & too many others to name here).
