Ridding myself of minor chest fat-what exercises can be done?
I’m on a tight schedule because of work and school, and I like to loose some minor fat on my chest and stomach. What kind of exercises should I do?
You can’t spot reduce. You can only lose fat all around your body and to do that you need to be at a daily calorie deficit.
A deficit of 500 a day will be 1 pound a week double that for twice the results
Go zero carb and high protein for compound losses through "ketosis" and attain results far greater than just 2 pounds a week
I would recommend fiber and multivitamin supplements if you go this route.
