how do i get rid of my stomach fat and chest fat?

can someone PLEASE help me learn how to get rid of my stomach and chest fat?
summer is coming up and i really want to be able to show off how i look and not care what people say, also not get called "plump"
please help

A lot of chest presses (3 sets of 15 reps) with low weight and a lot of crunches too (150 to 200), and cut all the fat (all of it!)from your diet.

    Unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce fat unless you get lipo.

    All you can do is eat right and stay active for weight loss in general. Your body is in complete control over WHICH fat stores it will use for energy when it needs them. The only thing you can control is creating a calorie deficit in your body to force it to use the fat stores.

    You COULD try to sit-ups and bench presses to help increase the muscle tone in those areas… some muscle tone might improve the appearance of your chest and stomach, even with the fat stores still there.

    You have to do sit ups for the waist and for the chest you have to do diamond pushups. hahahahaha but really you have like no chance. summer is in less than a month. unless you get a lipo or starve you have like no possiblity in doing that.

    1. dont bank on the words ‘fast’,'easy’,'simple’ & ‘quick’….to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

    2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day…get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
    cardio available and stick to all that you like

    3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

    4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
    fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.

    5. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio

    6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

    7. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"…you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
    drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal…

    8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too…Stay focused on your goal and God bless you…

    chest fat is easy to melt off merely by cardio,but belly fat is stubborn!you have to combine equal amounts of toning and cardio routines,though it will take time,depending on the individual…good luck anyway
