You know what? I shot of the hip on that one. I went doing some research and everything I could find so far about pot and raised estrogen levels was just talk without scientific references . SO, having said that and without looking at what you are eating I would still look at your diet and increasing the intensity of your cardio and weight training as the quickest route to getting leaner and having a hard solid chest. ——– Sorry for the knee jerk comment bro.

I am 40 years old …
I am 40 years old and am in excellent shape. I have just recently started working towards having a 6 pack. I have cut my calories.. not much bread.. if I do it’s wheat.. same for pasta..only veggies and lean meats.. 150-160 protein per day. 30 mins of stairmaster 4 times per week and workout 5-6 times per week. I am not seeing my abs yet and I’m discouraged. I also have a litte pec flab which makes my pecs look wrong to me. Help

i had a lot of chest fat, well maybe not that much in 6th grade. right now its mostly gone cause i did a lot of push ups a couple times a week. youll get rid of your fat doing that. also, i layed off the junk food and cheetos, it really made a difference
