Does cycling reduce stomach and chest fat?

My legs are okay, i’m happy with them, but above the waist i’m not happy with. My stomach is fat and so is my chest and I’m sure it’s not healthy. Would cycling reduce fat in these areas or does it purely work the legs only? And does cycling help get rid of cellulite?

Fat is stored fuel. Eat less than you need to power your day, the extra fat gets used up over time.

Exercise can help the process by increasing your fuel requirements.

Exercise strengthens muscles, but has no direct on fat in that area. Fat gets used more or less evenly from all over the body.

what are some ways i can lose chest fat/weight besides cardio and bench press?

Regular cycling will help burn off excess fat. It will also firm up your leg and abdominal muscles.

You need to exert yourself, though, and build up your strength over a few months. If there are any gentle hills, then use them and try to keep your speed up.
