do i hav to be consistent with pushups for burning chest fat?

For example, can i do 10 pushups every 5 min.?

or do i hav to do them continuosly for burning chest fat?

it doesn’t really matter whether you do as many pushups as you can in one shot or do them in different sets. The important thing to remember with pushups and burning chest fat is that you must steadily increase the amount of pushups you can do. Chart your progress from day to day on paper so you can see how much progress you make overtime and how much more progress is left. Also, don’t stick to doing the same kind of push up exercise every time. Your body will respond to the consistency and not get stronger. To avoid this, you have to keep your body guessing by always switching up the kind of push up exercise you do. For example, on Monday you could do 3 sets of 10 pushups each while on Wednesday you could do 2 sets and on friday you do as many pushups as you possibly can in one set. Last thing is make sure to give yourself a day’s rest between the pushups. You need to give your body enough time to rest so that it can get stronger the next time you do pushups.

Sorry, kiddo. You can’t spot-reduce fat from your body. Your body burns fat according to its genetic schedule. Push-ups will definitely tone the muscles of your upper body, but they’re almost useless for burning fat.

Cardio work especially swimming will burn far more chest fat, or any fat in general than lifting or plyometrics
