Which Chest Exercise should I do for my chest?

You have so many chest exercises…..Flat, incline, fly…its just confusing. People tell you different chest workouts but they do not tell you what particular part of the chest you are working. Now my lower chest is already big and I do not want to get my upper chest any bigger or else it will look overwhelming. Now all I want to do is separate the middle of my chest and produce those lines through the middle. Which exercise can I do to achieve that look?

    Keep the lifting simples.

    flat bench with d bells
    Incline bench with d bells
    Decline bench with bar
    Incline flyes
    Cross bench pullovers

1 once a week, 3 sets each, 10 to 12 reps minimun. Get lots of rest, eat lots of meat and sleep hard. Do not over train your chest. Once a week. = balance pecs

Your problem is in your inner pecs. Best exercise for that area (I’ll assume that you’re already doing benches, flat, declined and inclined, since you have upper and lower size) would be close grip bench presses and flat bench dumbell flys. Also, put a bench between the cables and try cable flys. These exercise will add some mass to your inner pecs AND get the striation (lines) that you are looking for.
