I’m in my early twenties and I am slim. Whenever I do cardio exercise (which is not often) my chest or lungs hurt. I was just out shoveling the entrance of my driveway which only took about 10 mins and my chest hurts (not my boobs)…it kind of feels tight and I get nauseous. This happens all the time but lasts only about 15 mins…am I just severely out of shape or is there something else going on?

Chest pain is nothing to mess around with. Go see your doctor.
