What is the best chest exercise for man boobs?

The upper portion of my chest/pec area is nice and tight, but I want to harden/tighten the lower chest/pec area. I normally do the machine fly, standing decline press, and bench press. What else could I do, or what would help out more?

i suggest the inclined and declined bench press it will harden top and bottom portions of your chest

    Are you doing any cardio? You can lift weights all you want but if you aren’t doing cardio, you will have a layer of fat over your muscle – Go jogging for 30 minutes 5 times a week.

    SAM1981 is exactly right what you need to work on is cardio and diet. Don’t stop doing chest exercises though, I would add some bodyweight exercises like clap-ups (the push-ups where you throw yourself off the floor and clap) Those would actually be ideal for you.
    Add some running
    Add bodyweight exercises
    Watch your diet.
    You’ll have a well defined chest in no time!!

    I don’t think there’s any exercise that’ll get rid of man boobs.

    I think you need a breast reduction, that’ll help.
