		<description>&lt;b&gt;These exercises ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; These exercises aren&#039;t going to increase mass, the weight is simply not high enough. But at the gym I would say mix it up, do some strength work (maybe 3 reps) and then do some 8-12 reps stuff on a lighter weight.</description>

Then I&#039;ll eat a chicken/turkey sandwhich with goat cheese on whole grain bread for lunch, (maybe twice a day).  For snacks, I like to eat raw almonds, protein bars, and protein shakes.
