    These exercises …
    These exercises aren’t going to increase mass, the weight is simply not high enough. But at the gym I would say mix it up, do some strength work (maybe 3 reps) and then do some 8-12 reps stuff on a lighter weight.

    There are many different type of hand positions you could use when doing the pushup. I suggest starting with arms extended, as your lower your body to the ground your elbows are at a 90 degree angle.

    Sorry to disturb but when you do push ups you need your arms to be wide open or not to train your chest?What distance they got to be placed?

    My basic diet …
    My basic diet consist of eating oatmeal in the morning, no sweetners. Then I’ll eat a chicken/turkey sandwhich with goat cheese on whole grain bread for lunch, (maybe twice a day). For snacks, I like to eat raw almonds, protein bars, and protein shakes.

    Do knee pushups …
    Do knee pushups once you are fatigued with the regular pushups. Work up from there.
