do you guys think that his arms goa little too low when he is doing the fly’s? i heard that elbows should be parallel to the shoulders (so thats 180 degrees) at the lowest drop before lifting back up again….

if one pec is bigger than the other just use the same weight for each. The smaller pec’s workload is gonna be more so it will grow faster and catch up.

he has a more developed chest than teh otehr whichmeans more strenghth in one than in the other so my pla was to use heavier weight in undevelped so it keeps growing tand less in teh devoloped so it just stay constant(mantaining),im guesin that if he keeps just doing smae weighti both the bigger one will kep getting beggin while the otehr will also grow but always a step back than the other chest muscle
