Okay so for my new year resolution I decided to loose some weight but I don’t know any exercises that focus on my moobs (man boobs) can you guys tell me some ways to loose them? Please!

From what I have read, you need to loose the fat from around that area but, you can’t choose what areas you loose fat from.

So you’ve just gotta keep exercising – do cardio, press ups are good for your chest muscles and using some of the machines down the gym like the ‘pec deck’ as it’s known in our gym.

Also, a balanced, healthy diet is key. If your eating bad food, your not going to loose the fat.

Im 16 years old and i havnt really exercised that much. I changed my diet alot the last few months, and only real exercise i would get is riding my bike for a few hours a couple days a week with friends over summer. But sinse May i have lost around 30 pounds and and fat has been going away from my stomach, thighs and legs. But my chest/moobs havnt made any noticable changes…

Don’t starve but eat less. Keep a gap of 2 hours between meals.

that’s what I’m scared of the most, is that if i stop taking testosterone for a while for whatever reason, my hormones would get out of wack and then get moobs… whats the chance of this happening, and if i just keep on taking testosterone will it never happen?

i would talk to a doc about this.i know you don’t like to here that lol (i don’t) but it really depends on your own personal body. some bodies react differently than others.

I started exercising a couple of months back but then after noticing i was getting stretch marks around my waist, legs and biceps i soon gave up.
I want to lose fat around my chest, stomach and legs without stretch marks also i cant really control my diet as i "get what im given".

Eat less and don’t eat junk food. Never skip breakfast. Don’t drink sweet drinks like Coke, they’re loaded with sugar. Do some kind of exercise early in the day and be as active as possible during the day, (walk and cycle instead of getting a lift, stairs instead of using an elevator &c.)
If you set yourself the goal of getting fit, and succeed, this will boost your confidence which will in itself make you more attractive to girls. Having a hot body will help, too.

Hi, I’m a little above average weight, but not by much – I have a small belly but my moobs are out of control… are there any excersises or something I can do to get rid of them? Other than having little tits I’m happy with my body. Help!

I am a 15 year old teenager, 161lbs and 6foot 2 inches. I work out for 2 hours(-ish) a night. But I haven’t seen any results. I have been on this regeem for 5/6 weeks: 20 press-ups, 50 reps of 30kg. and benching 25kg for as long as I can…I also go running if the weather is right.
Can anyone help me? I’m starting to get quite depressed that my moobs aren’t going…And I can’t afford the surgery to remove them.

(And if anyone has any tips on how to get good abs aswell they wouldn’t go unnoticed )

Is it caused by loose muscle or fat? If it’s loose muscle then surgery wouldn’t help anyway and the weight training is your best bet.

If it’s fat the main thing that will help is of course to lose the weight. And while the weight training will do a little the cardio is going to be the best exercise for the weight loss.

Almost everyone has trouble spots that are nearly impossible to lose the weight from. Stick to a healthy eating plan (not a diet) figure out how much you’re really taking in and don’t lie to yourself about it. And don’t beat yourself up if you can’t stick to it 100% of the time. Keep trying and good luck.

I haven’t really done anything about them for the past few years because I’m 6′ 3" and they don’t look like moobs they look more like pecs, but recently they’ve come out more and it’s so annoying. What should I do to get rid of em??

I assume you are talking about man boobs? Assuming it’s just fat and not actual breast tissue (called gynecomastia, and can be due to hormonal imbalance so yuo’d have to see a doctor), the only thing you can do it to decrease your total bodyfat through diet and exercise. Spot training (for example, trying to build up the pectoral muscles underneath) will have no effect on the overlying fat, unless yo u also lose total body fat.
