how do you get rid of the chest fat fast?

my body is fine, the only thing is there is chest on my fat, sort of look like man’s boo*b, yeh, how do you lose them?

Same way you lose any fat anywhere on your body, diet and exercise. You CANNOT spot remove fat. The one only way to lose fat is to create a deficit in your calorie usage vs. intake. Run, jog, swim, bike, etc., do whatever you want, but cardio is your answer.

Would this be beneficial for a chest exercise?

Im thinking about exercising my chest by; lying down flat on a bench or bed, holding dumbells at my chest/torso with my arms bent in a slight chicken wing fashion, and then tilting my elbows up parallel to the floor contracting my pectorals. This is because i use a wooden boox as a bench, and cannot have proper form on a normal dumbell press becuase the bench is to wide. Is this too risky or useless?

I am going to tell you this and I hope your really reading and absorbing right now. DO NOT DO THIS!! It is very very risky and not worth your being hurt or the time and effort your going to have to put into it for the negative results your going to get.

2 Chest Workout: Dumbbell FlysHow do you get a massive chest? Most bodybuilders say “do lots of heavy bench press” – I disagree. There are two types of chest exercises, pushing exercisees (like bench press and pushups) and squeezing exercises (like pec deck and dumbbell flys). You need to do both to maximize your chest development. For me personally, the squeezing chest exercises have given me much better mass and strength gains than the pushing type exerciess.

The king of the squeezing exercises is the dumbbell fly and its easy to do at home with just a used set of dumbbells. Heres how you do it.:

lay on floor
together)
knees up, abs flexed (lower back support)
shoulder back, shoulder blades together
arms perpendicular to sides
elbows slightly bent
go sloooooly up and slooooowly down
flex you chest at top of rep

Warning straight armed is much more difficlut than elbows bent because of leverage. Decrease your weight till you can do these with your arms almost straight. Many times you will see people doing WAY more than they should and they do them like this (demo). No, use less weight. Why? Because then you can spot yourself. At about rep 6 when you cant do another straight armed one, bend your elbows slightly. This increases your leverage and makes it easier on your pecs, now you can do 2 or 3 more. When you cant do any more reps, bend your elbows a bit more. This way, you can do forced reps safely.

Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

How do you get rid of facial fat and moobs? Oh and also my stomach fat?

Can you list some workouts that will help? And while you are at it, can you give me some advice on how to act around this girl I like and how I can possibly go out with her? If you want to verbally abuse me about this stuff, don’t worry I’ve heard it all. If you don’t have any advice, don’t say anything. I’m not in the mood to take names and stuff from people.

Eat less and don’t eat junk food. Never skip breakfast. Don’t drink sweet drinks like Coke, they’re loaded with sugar. Do some kind of exercise early in the day and be as active as possible during the day, (walk and cycle instead of getting a lift, stairs instead of using an elevator &c.)
If you set yourself the goal of getting fit, and succeed, this will boost your confidence which will in itself make you more attractive to girls. Having a hot body will help, too.

it doesn’t really matter whether you do as many pushups as you can in one shot or do them in different sets. The important thing to remember with pushups and burning chest fat is that you must steadily increase the amount of pushups you can do. Chart your progress from day to day on paper so you can see how much progress you make overtime and how much more progress is left. Also, don’t stick to doing the same kind of push up exercise every time. Your body will respond to the consistency and not get stronger. To avoid this, you have to keep your body guessing by always switching up the kind of push up exercise you do. For example, on Monday you could do 3 sets of 10 pushups each while on Wednesday you could do 2 sets and on friday you do as many pushups as you possibly can in one set. Last thing is make sure to give yourself a day’s rest between the pushups. You need to give your body enough time to rest so that it can get stronger the next time you do pushups.
